Are you an experienced Journeyperson Electrician ready to take the next step in your career? NorTec Electric Saskatchewan is growing and seeking a motivated Electrical Foreman to lead crews on commercial, industrial, and institutional projects throughout the province.
As an Electrical Foreman, you will oversee field operations, coordinate manpower and materials, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical crews.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and daily site activities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings.
- Ensure work complies with project requirements and the Canadian Electrical Code.
- Work closely with Project Managers, clients, suppliers, and other trades.
- Mentor apprentices and support crew development.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Journeyperson Electrician certification.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.
- Previous foreman or supervisory experience is an asset.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, and institutional construction is preferred.

$43.25/hr and up, depending on experience
