About this role
Kenlin Design Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Draftsperson to support industrial projects at our clients site in Belle Plaine.
This role requires strong electrical knowledge and hands on experience with drafting in industrial environments.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with onsite Electrical Engineers, Electricians, and Draftspersons
Prepare and manage single line diagrams, wiring diagrams, general arrangements, and instrumentation/control diagrams
Create detailed electrical drawings and bills of materials for maintenance, planning, and construction
Document field modifications and maintain accurate, up to date records
Conduct in field verification of electrical equipment and as built conditions
Ensure compliance with client standards and OH&S regulations
Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology, Instrumentation, or a related field
Strong electrical drafting experience in industrial settings
Proficiency with AutoCAD (experience with similar software is an asset)
Solid understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and organizational habits
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
