Early Childhood Educator (ECE)

Under the supervision of the Director, the employee will be responsible for the care of infants and children in the Dream Big Child Care Inc. Center.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that Daycare Regulations and Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Prepare and implement age appropriate curriculum
• Create and maintain the physical environment to ensure optimal health and safety of the children.
• Assist in supervising all activities to ensure safety of infants and children at all times.
• Perform basic skills of child care as outlined by the Director (i.e. feeding, diapering, and toileting)
• Identify unusual behavior and illness and consult with the Director
• Attend staff meetings as required.
• Attend staff training as required.
• Perform related work as required.
