Early Childhood Educator

As an Educator, you will deliver engaging programs that supports children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development through stories, songs, crafts, and play. You will also prepare snacks and spaces for meals and rest, document observations, and collaborate with educators and supervisors to support each child's progress.

Starting wages are $15.79 per hour for Level I, $16.59 for Level II, and $19.09 for Level III, plus an additional $5.85 to $8.85 per hour for certified ECEs through the current government wage enhancement grant. We also offer tuition reimbursement, paid study time for Early Childhood Education courses, and full employer-paid benefits after the three-month probationary period.

Candidates must hold Early Childhood Education Level I, II, or III certification, or an equivalent credential, and have a valid drivers licence with reliable transportation, a clear criminal record check, and current First Aid and CPR certification. Experience working with children is an asset.
