Dispatcher

RSB Logistic is presently seeking a self-motivated, people-oriented individual with strong communication skills and an eye for detail to fill the position of Dispatcher in our road transport division.  This position is based out of the Saskatoon office.

This individual will be responsible for

• Prepare daily check call list and take action
• Plan and Dispatch orders to drivers
• Prepare ACE and E-Manifest documents
• Accurately enter order details and changes in trucking system
• Provide on-call services
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements for the position include

• Good interpersonal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, persistent, energetic, honest and sincere
• Proven ability to work effectively when under pressure
• Able to work effectively and contribute within a team environment
• Working knowledge of PC computers and good keyboarding skills
• Good understanding of TDG and DOT regulations is an asset
• Ability to effectively manage detail and paperwork is an asset
• Prior experience in the trucking industry is an asset
• Grade 12 is required
