Digital Sales Specialist

You will deliver exceptional customer experiences by qualifying, managing & converting digitally generated sales opportunities into revenue. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly & collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads generated through digital marketing
• Identifying customer needs & sales potential
• Conduct outbound prospecting
• Build & maintain strong customer relationships virtually
• Quote & manage sales for used equipment, John Deere Precision Upgrade Kits & SurePoint Ag prod
• Collaborate with all dept to support customer needs
• Complete sales documents timely & accurately
• Stay current on products, tech & trends

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service & relationship mgmt
• Strong prospecting, lead qualification & follow-up
• Time mgmt, organizational & computer skills
• Self-motivated
• 2y+ sales exp, business dev, customer service, lead generation, or a related field preferred
• Passionate about ag, skill w/JD & competitive precision ag tech an asset
• Diploma/Bach Degr in Ag, Business, Marketing, Comm, or related
• Valid drivers licence
• Work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays
