Deposit Support Representative

Were looking for an innovative, proactive team player to come on board as our permanent part-time Deposit Support Representative in Regina. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring our Financial Service Representatives have all the resources, tools, and research support they need to champion our members financial success.

How youll be spending your time

Delivering deposit cash management services and functions directly to Conexus staff and indirectly to members, including: counting, verifying, reconciling and updating the Conexus banking system with member ATM transactions

Verifying and fulfilling member and branch cash orders

Working collaboratively in a team environment

Supporting business banking, retail operations, internal departments, and 3rd party vendors

Identify and minimizing risks associated with the day-to-day operations, including flagging suspicious remote cheque deposits

Assisting other employees and help foster growth in fellow team members
