About this role
This position will have the following responsibilities:
In City and out of City deliveries.
Ensure safe operations.
Ensure personal training is up to date.
Wear applicable PPE at all times.
Load and unload products following prescribed
procedures.
Ensure all product movement is accompanied by a Bill of Lading or Sales Order/Invoice.
Ensure all product is loaded and secured properly.
Perform site and warehouse cleaning and maintenance.
Facilitate delivery of product on time and in undamaged condition.
Interact courteously with fellow staff members and customers.
Physically capable of lifting case lots, pails and drums and handling pallet sized loads on a pallet jack.
Be able to use a forklift.
Preference may be given to individuals with current forklift training, Some office/clerical work with payments, invoicing, inventory etc.(training provided)
Class "A" endorsement with Air required, Class 3A or 1A licence would be an asset.
Other duties as assigned.
