Customer Success Manager

We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Account Managers to support clients advertising campaigns.
• Analyze campaign data to evaluate performance and identify trends.
• Present results to clients, explain findings, and recommend improvements.
• Suggest changes to tactics or strategies based on performance insights.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional services to meet client goals.
• Build lasting client relationships to promote loyalty and retention.
