Crew Lead-Water & Sewer Construction

Lead a skilled field crew delivering essential water and sewer services across the city. In this hands on leadership role, you will oversee construction, maintenance, operations, and infrastructure preservation projects while ensuring quality service, safety, efficiency, and compliance with established standards.

What You Bring

• Grade 12 or GED, plus Level 3 Operator Certification in a relevant water or wastewater category
• Four years of related experience, including one year of crew leadership and 1000 hours of water and sewer construction experience
• Strong leadership, project planning, safety, and team development skills
• Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence and ability to work in varied field conditions, on call, and during emergencies
