Crew Lead

Prairie Green Lawn & Snow is a growing home services company serving Regina, Balgonie, White City, Pilot Butte and surrounding communities. We provide year-round lawn care and snow & ice management.

We're hiring a Crew Lead to run one of our field crews and trucks. This is a hands-on position. You'll work alongside your crew while taking responsibility for your route, equipment, quality and customer experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead a 2-3 person crew through daily routes
• Perform lawn care, weed control, fertilizer and snow & ice services
• Ensure work meets Prairie Green standards
• Complete daily truck and equipment checks
• Keep trucks and equipment clean and organized
• Perform basic equipment maintenance
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Resolve service issues in the field
• Train crew members on equipment, safety and quality
• Use scheduling and field-service apps accurately
• Report to the Operations Manager

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years experience in landscaping, lawn care, snow removal, construction, skilled trades or similar work
• Leadership experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and pride in your work
• Able to lead a crew and maintain quality standards
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using smartphones and field apps
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence
• Physically able to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Reliable transportation to Balgonie/east Regina
