Corporate Precision Agriculture Manager

We are seeking a strategic, customer-focused leader to oversee precision agriculture operations across the organization. Reporting to the General Manager, The Corporate Precision Agriculture Manager will drive the dealer strategy for solutions enabled by the John Deere Precision Agriculture strategy and other aligned technology, strengthen the customer experience, lead consistent processes, and team development across all five of our locations. This position can be based out of any one of our five dealer locations in southeast Saskatchewan.

For you to be considered for an interview

• Minimum 5 years experience in an agriculture-related role, preferable in Agronomy or precision farming.
• Proven leadership skills managing a team to get results.
• Post Secondary education in agriculture technology, agriculture business, mechanization, agronomy or equivalent experience preferred
• Computer skills required: Microsoft 365, Vital Edge (CDK). Plus a working understanding of the technology used in the dealerships precision ag strategy such as John Deere Operations Center, JD Link, MyJohnDeere, GPS, and other 3rd party platforms such as Raven, CASE IH displays, and Climate Field View
• Valid drivers license required to travel to the 5 dealer locations.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada and occasionally travel to the United States.
