Coordinator, Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment

Join our Facilities team and lead the planning, procurement, installation, and lifecycle management of furniture, fixtures, and equipment across corporate projects. In this role, you will coordinate workspace moves, support project design and space planning, manage supplier relationships, oversee budgets and schedules, and ensure assets are tracked and maintained in line with organizational standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative professional who enjoys balancing project coordination, procurement, asset management, and stakeholder engagement.

What You Bring

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in facilities, purchasing, and furniture, fixtures and equipment management
• Knowledge of procurement, asset management, budgeting, and contract administration
• Strong communication, organization, problem solving, and stakeholder relationship skills
