Wage: $17.00/hr based on 30-36hrs/wk with 15 days paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day or 40hrs/wk

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook dishes using recipes
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Ensure food is prepared on time for all service periods by meeting food safety and quality standards
- Participate in a menu plan, determine size of food portions
- Ensure all operations follow safety and health guidelines in accordance with government public health & sanitation regulations
- Clean work area and kitchen; and maintain workstation clean
- Reduce waste to ensure food costs are minimized
- Train and supervise the kitchen staff to ensure productivity and provide assistance when needed
