Construction Superintendent

Westridge Construction is looking to add an experienced full-time Superintendent to our Saskatoon team. We are open to candidates with a range of experience levels, from developing Superintendents to those capable of leading large, complex projects.

What Youll Do

• Oversee daily site operations on one or multiple projects
• Lead projects based on experience and complexity
• Ensure safety standards in collaboration with safety personnel
• Coordinate site setup, scheduling, and weekly planning
• Work with Project Managers and Coordinators on execution
• Supervise crews and manage subcontractors
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and QA/QC processes
• Monitor productivity, materials, and site performance
• Support team development and promote company values
• Travel as required

What You Bring

• 5+ years of construction experience in a leadership role
• Experience managing sites and coordinating subcontractors
• Strong understanding of construction methods and drawings
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email)
• Ability to work independently with a solutions-focused mindset
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
