Done Correctly Inc. is looking for experienced Concrete Finishers to join our commercial and residential concrete crew in Regina and the surrounding area.

Wage: $24.00$35.00 per hour, depending on experience, knowledge, productivity and demonstrated ability.

Applicants must have at least three years of concrete finishing experience.

Responsibilities include

• Placing, levelling and finishing concrete
• Screeding, floating, edging and hand finishing
• Producing broom and smooth finishes
• Working on sidewalks, driveways, slabs, curbs and other site concrete
• Reading grades and working to proper elevations
• Installing and working around rebar, forms and embedded items
• Maintaining high standards for quality and production
• Following all company and site-safety requirements

Requirements

• Minimum three years of concrete finishing experience
• Valid drivers licence
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work long days and overtime when required
• Dependable, punctual and able to work effectively with a crew
• Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor construction work
• Willingness to work in changing weather conditions

This is not an entry-level finishing position. Applicants must be able to demonstrate their finishing ability on site.

Full-time work with approximately 4050 hours per week during peak construction periods. Overtime and vacation pay are provided according to Saskatchewan Employment Standards.
