Commercial/Agricultural Relationship Manager

We're currently looking for a Commercial/Agricultural Relationship Manager to lead our Com/Ag Relationship team. This role is focused on creating exceptional member experience by building a strong team culture, coaching employees to reach their full potential, and ensuring our commercial and agricultural members receive expert advice and outstanding service. While the role maintains involvement in complex lending and portfolio oversight, success in this position comes through leading people, fostering the member experience and relationships, and driving team performance.

Key areas of focus include

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Commercial/Agricultural Relationship Specialists.
• Supporting business development activities and helping team members strengthen member relationships.
• Providing guidance and expertise on commercial and agricultural lending decisions and complex member situations.
• Monitoring portfolio quality, lending performance, and departmental results.

Your Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Business, Agriculture, Finance, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in commercial and/or agricultural financial services, including significant exposure to lending and portfolio management.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience, with demonstrated success coaching, developing, and motivating employees.
