Client Services And Program Assistant

The Battlefords District Food & Resource Centre is looking for a compassionate, organized, and dependable individual to join our team.

As the first point of contact for many clients, you will provide friendly customer service, complete client intake and data entry, answer phones, assist with food hamper distribution, support community programs, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organizational and computer skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in customer service, administration, nonprofit, or community service is an asset

This is a part-time, year-round position. The successful applicant will be reliable, compassionate, professional, and committed to treating every client with dignity and respect.
