About this role
We are currently seeking an onsite, full-time, permanent Client Service Administrator to join our team.
This is a key client-facing position and an important part of the day-to-day operation of our office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and will play an important role in providing the friendly, professional and responsive service our clients have come to expect.

Confidence and professionalism when answering phones and dealing with clients in person
Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word, along with the ability and willingness to learn new technology, systems and processes
The following would be considered assets
Bookkeeping experience, both manual and computerized
Experience with accounting and tax software
Knowledge of GST, payroll, personal tax and dealing with the Canada Revenue Agency
Previous experience in an accounting, professional services or similar office
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in being organized and gets satisfaction from keeping a busy office running smoothly. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, using good judgment, taking initiative and knowing when to ask for assistance.
The position will commence on a mutually agreed upon date near September 21, 2026.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and will be discussed in more detail during an interview.
