Key Responsibilities and Duties

Surface Care: Sweeping, mopping, polishing, and waxing floors; vacuuming carpets and rugs.

Sanitization: Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, high-touch surfaces (door handles, switches), and public areas like showers.

Dusting and Cleaning: Dusting furniture, fixtures, walls, and equipment.

Waste Management: Emptying trash cans, replacing liners, and disposing of waste in designated areas.

Stocking: Replenishing supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.

Specialized Cleaning: Washing windows, glass, and walls; potentially shampooing carpets.

Maintenance Reporting: Identifying and reporting required repairs or damages to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
