What You'll Do
- Clean and prepare furnished suites for new guests, ensuring they are spotless and welcoming.
- Inspect and restock supplies to maintain a high standard of hospitality.
- Manage turnovers efficiently, following scheduling tools and checklists.
- Handle linens and laundry at our office - sorting, folding, and prepping.
- Identify and report maintenance issues and coordinate with contractors.
- Support special projects, including move-out and post-construction cleaning.
- Maintain common areas in buildings as per a set schedule.
- Assisting with the administrative functions of guest arrivals and departures.
- Provide support to the Property Manager with tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Availability: Must be able to work 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts. Scheduled workdays will vary week-to-week based on demand, including weekdays and weekends (must be available for at least two weekends per month). Each shift runs from 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
- Transportation: A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle daily.
- Connectivity: A smart phone with a data plan to stay in touch and use our digital systems.
- Independence: A self-motivated, problem-solving team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Clean background: A clear criminal record check is required.
- Previous hospitality or cleaning experience is an asset.
