Salary and Benefits
According to the provincial salary grid (www.stf.sk.ca)plus a benefits package that includes subsidized, furnished housing and a Northern living allowance. Moving assistance may also be available.
Qualifications
- Saskatchewan Professional A Teacher's Certificate (or confirmation of
eligibility)
- Additional coursework in Special/Inclusive Education would be
considered an asset
- Knowledge of First Nations, Mtis, and Inuit languages, histories,
and cultures
- Minimum of 5 years classroom teaching experience
- Knowledge and experience applying best practices in the areas of
instruction, adaptive dimension, differentiation, curriculum,
environmentand assessment
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team as well as
independently
The successful candidate will
- Work within a team to help address issues of complexity.
