Class 5 Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate

Pratts Food Service is looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team.

The ideal candidate be an important part of the team: responsible for ensuring food products are delivered safely, accurately, and professionally to our customers throughout Saskatoon and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 2 axle delivery truck.
• Deliver food service products accurately and professionally to customer locations.
• Load and unload products using pallet jacks, dollies, and other material handling equipment.
• Provide outstanding customer service at every stop.
• Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Assist with warehouse shipping, receiving, organization, and housekeeping as required.
• Help prepare delivery routes for the following day.
• Work safely while following all company policies and OH&S procedures.
• Support teammates wherever needed to ensure our operation runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
• Experience operating delivery trucks is considered an asset.
• Forklift experience is an asset but training can be provided.
• Able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
