We are seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic ECE Level 1 to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who loves building relationships with children, communicates well with families, and thrives in a supportive, team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nurturing, responsive care to children 18 months up to 6 year old
- Support daily routines, transitions, and play based learning
- Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
- Build positive relationships with families and coworkers
- Follow centre policies, licensing regulations, and health/safety standards
Qualifications
- Saskatchewan ECE level 1 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
- Current First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communications skills and team-focused mindset
- Genuine passion for early learning and child development
