Child Care Worker - Casual

You will maintain a safe, comfortable, and nurturing atmosphere as well as communicate openly with parents and maintain confidentiality.

Knowledge of early childhood development.

Experience working with children 0-6 years old.

Valid drivers license (non probationary)

ECE Certificate is an asset.

Experience with children experiencing trauma, spectrum disorder, diverse and challenging needs.

The ability to lift up to 15 kg.

First Aid and CPR an asset.

Team player with effective communication skills.

Young Parent Program runs Monday 11:00 A.M.  5:00 P.M., Tuesdays 11:30 A.M.  5:00 P.M. or 2:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. (depending on daytime or evening programming) and Thursdays 11:30 A.M.  5:00 P.M. Looking for casual positions and will be called in when needed.
