About this role
Odd Couple is a modern, Asian inspired restaurant in Riversdale Saskatoon opened since 2014.
We are looking for a hands-on chef and leader who can drive consistency, lead service, and help shape the next chapter of our kitchen.
As a head chef. you will oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, ensure food safety standards are maintained and inspire your team to create innovative and high quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day to day kitchen operations and service
- Maintain high standards for food quality, consistantcy, presentation, cleanliness, and organization
- Hire, train, mentor and support kitchen staff
- work with management on menu execution, features, and future development
- Manage ordering, inventory, product rotation and waste control
- Monitor and improve food cost and labour cost / efficiency
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and foster and positive team environment

Education
Completed at least some post-secondary

Compensation Details
$55000-$63000
