Casual Help with potention for part-time or full

UltraTech Printing is looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our shop on a casual basis, with the potential for part-time or full-time work for the right person.

This role involves a variety of production and shop-support tasks, including installing decals, assisting with sign creation, cutting printed materials such as business cards and postcards, operating general bindery equipment (training provided), packaging, shipping and receiving, organizing stock, maintaining a clean workspace, laminating, proofing, stapling tickets, and general print shop duties as required.

The ideal candidate works carefully, pays attention to detail, is comfortable with manual tasks, can follow instructions, and takes pride in consistent quality. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently are important. Experience in printing, signage, or Mac computers is an asset but not required, as training will be provided.

This is a production-focused role that requires good manual dexterity, the ability to lift boxes, move stock, and stand for periods of time. Hours begin as casual and may increase based on performance and shop needs. Compensation will be discussed during the interview and is based on experience, skill, and ability to learn.
