Street Culture Project is hiring a full-time RCY Caseworker (Youth Worker) for a four-month term position, with the possibility of extension. This role supports justice-involved youth in Regina through relationship-based, trauma-informed case management, mentoring, advocacy, and practical support.
The RCY Caseworker will manage a caseload of approximately 67 youth. Duties include creating and reviewing case plans; helping youth attend health, education, court, and other appointments; connecting youth with housing, food security, mental health, cultural, educational, and community resources; and supporting positive family and peer relationships.
The successful candidate will maintain daily case notes, monthly reports, and up-to-date participant files; complete incident reports and administrative tasks; collaborate on individual and group programming; attend staff meetings; and contribute to Street Culture Project initiatives and events.
Applicants must have Grade 12 or equivalent, at least one year of frontline youth-care experience, strong communication and organizational skills, a valid Canadian drivers licence with drivers abstract, and a Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Clearance. Experience in youth mentorship, mental health, substance use, crisis response, Indigenous youth support, or justice-related work is an asset.
