Key Responsibilities
- Perform general carpentry, door maintenance, drywall patching, painting, flooring, and finishing tasks
- Complete minor plumbing, electrical, and maintenance repairs
- Handle small handyman service calls
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

Qualifications
- Strong general construction and repair knowledge
- Own basic tools and reliable transportation
