Jardeg is currently recruiting for a Carpenter Foreperson to work with Technical Workforce Inc. at the Regina Specialized Long Term care project in Regina, SK!
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of carpenters on site, ensuring quality workmanship and safe work practices.
Coordinate daily activities with site leadership, trades, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and milestones.
Perform and oversee concrete formwork and interior finishing work.
Review plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure work meets project requirements and building codes.
Provide coaching, direction, and support to team members through daily communication and task planning.
Attend project meetings and communicate key information to the crew.
Maintain clean, organized, and professional work sites.
Requirements
Journeyperson Carpenter certification from a recognized provincial authority, or proof of hours relevant to the industrial carpentry trade.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Experience with concrete formwork and interior finishing.
Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and workflow.
Subcontractor management experience is considered an asset.
Valid CSTS 2020 and WHMIS 2015 certifications.
Reliable transportation.
Legally eligible to work in Canada.
