We're currently seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our growing team. This position offers a variety of exciting projects, from custom finish carpentry to full-scale renovations. Key Responsibilities

Perform renovations, including finish carpentry, framing,

Install cabinetry, trim, doors, windows, baseboards, kitchens and other finish carpentry details. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials with precision.

Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.

Work effectively with other team members and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction.

Adhere to safety standards and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a carpenter, with a focus on renovations and finish carpentry.

Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to read and understand construction blueprints and plans.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Own basic carpentry tools (company may provide additional tools).

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.

High school diploma or equivalent; carpentry apprenticeship or formal training is a plus.
