About this role
Key Responsibilities
Instruct and provide exceptional customer service during custom candle bar experiences.
Assist with all stages of candle production, including pouring, packaging, labeling, inventory management, and retail/wholesale order fulfillment.
Pick, pack, and process customer and wholesale shipments.
Assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels and communicating inventory needs.
Receive, unpack, organize, and store incoming inventory from suppliers.
Assist with creating social media content, including photos, videos, and other promotional materials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming candle bar, studio, and retail space.
Complete general housekeeping and cleaning duties as required.
Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed.
Support the team with other tasks and responsibilities as required.

Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Creative and interested in social media and content creation.
Previous retail, customer service, production, or hospitality experience is an asset.
