Business Systems Specialist

The Business Systems Specialist (BSS) is a business-embedded role that enables efficient, consistent, and high-quality service delivery across the Prevention and Employer Services portfolio.

Working at the intersection of policy, operations and enabling technology, the BSS ensures that business processes, rules and service models are effectively supported by enterprise systems. The role acts as a bridge between the business and information technology, translating operational needs into practical system configuration and process improvements, while ensuring alignment with organizational standards, privacy and regulatory requirements.

Rather than designing or building technology solutions, the BSS focuses on optimizing how systems are used  supporting digital intake, guided workflows, knowledge tools, reporting and performance measures that directly impact customer outcomes.
