Business Development Representative

EZ Pro Cleaning Services Ltd. is a locally owned commercial cleaning company serving businesses in Regina. We work with commercial clients such as offices, clinics, retail spaces, restaurants, property managers, and other facilities.

We are looking for a professional and confident Business Development Representative/ outside sales to help us grow our commercial client base and build long-term local business relationships.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys meeting people, starting conversations, and representing a company in a professional way. The focus will be on connecting with local businesses, identifying potential opportunities, and follow up with commercial clients.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a professional appearance, good follow-up habits, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, networking, or other client-facing roles is preferred.

Commercial cleaning experience is not required  training will be provided.

This role may also be a good fit for a semi-retired professional with strong local business connections and communication skills.

Base pay plus commission opportunities. Final structure will depend on experience, availability, and fit.
