Barista (Food Service Staff)

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Full-Time Barista (Food Service Staff) to join our team at Starbucks (Pharmasave #416) in Weyburn, Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming guest experience
• Prepare beverages and food items to Starbucks standards
• Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Restock supplies and support inventory management
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and hospitality
• Previous food service, Starbucks, or cashier experience is an asset
• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication, time management, and cash-handling skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Schedule

• 32 to 40 hours per week (Full-Time)

Store hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Saturday to Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Candidates must be flexible and available to work opening, daytime, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.
