Automotive Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor is the key connection between our customers and our technicians, ensuring every customer receives professional service, clear communication, and a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional service experience
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Recommend required maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer recommendations and technician findings
• Prepare accurate repair orders, estimates, and invoices
• Communicate repair timelines, costs, and recommendations clearly to customers
• Obtain customer approval before completing additional work
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with technicians and the service department to ensure efficient workflow
• Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed
• Follow up with customers regarding declined services and future maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
• Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and customer expectations
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional service environment

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• General knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and repairs
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license
