Automotive Detailer

FFUN Chev Yorkton is seeking a dependable, motivated Automotive Detailer to join the team at our FFUN Detailing Centre. Detailing is a service that keeps vehicles looking their best and protects against damage to ensure maximum value. Our Detailers take pride in quality and use professional cleaning products to clean customer and dealership vehicles. Work is often completed by hand to ensure a high-quality finish.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Clean and detail vehicle inters and exteriors
• Apply cleaning, polishing and protective products safely and correctly
• Inspect your work for quality before vehicles are returned to customers
• Complete assigned vehicles within promised timelines
• Safely operate pressure washers, shop vaccuums, power polishers, glass repair equipment and other detailing tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow WHMIS requirements and the company safety program

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Must have a valid Class 5 or greater Saskatchewan Drivers license and the ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles
• Strong attention to detail & time management skills
• Ability to inspect and monitor work for quality
• Ability to safely use detailing tools and equipment
• Knowledge of WHMIS and safe chemical handling is an asset
• Previous automotive detailing experience is an asset
• Must be available to work occasional Saturdays
• Must provide a criminal record clearance
• This is a physically demanding position that involves:
• Standing/walking for extended periods throughout the workday
• Frequent bending, crouching, kneeling
• Physical stamina to complete multiple vehicles in the required timeframe
• Repetitive hand and arm movements
