Position Overview

Were seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Yorkton location. This hands-on role oversees daily operations, drives sales and profitability, manages inventory, and leads a high-performing team focused on exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, workflow, and store performance
• Lead, coach, schedule, and develop staff
• Drive sales through customer relationships and new business opportunities
• Support and grow wholesale accounts with outside sales
• Manage inventory: ordering, pricing, stock levels, and replenishment
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvements
• Handle customer inquiries and returns professionally
• Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, safety, and asset security
• Collaborate on store processes, planning, and financial oversight

Requirements

• 5+ years leadership experience in retail or related industry
• Background in automotive, heavy-duty, or industrial parts preferred
• Strong knowledge of parts and inventory systems
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Organized, analytical, and results-driven
• Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to internal systems
