Appraisal Consultant

Your Opportunity

You will have a pivotal role in our appraisal services, conducting site inspections, gathering data, and collaborating to provide Appraisal Reports (value estimates), Insurance Appraisals (cost estimates) or Risk Management Reports (consulting services). Some days, you will be on the move, conducting site inspections to gather specifics, measurements of buildings, furnishings, equipment and take photographs. Other days, you will be in your home office preparing for site inspections or researching, analyzing and costing. Youll work with a variety of buildings, from private sector properties to public sector facilities and gain experience across many sectors including multi-unit dwellings, commercial, municipal, and education.

Based in Saskatchewan, the Consultant role offers hands-on experience assessing properties, analyzing building information, and supporting accurate, defensible valuation reports. Whether you are beginning your appraisal career or bring relevant construction or inspection experience, we encourage you to apply.

What Youll Do

•   Site Inspections: Travel to various locations to gather detailed information, measurements, and photographs on buildings, equipment and furnishings.
•   Research and Analysis: Assist with conducting thorough research and expert analysis to develop solid, defensible value estimates.
•   Report Preparation: Assist in preparing Appraisal Reports (value estimates) and Insurance Appraisals (cost estimates)
•   Variety: Alternate between fieldwork (on-site inspections) and office tasks (research, analysis, costing, and report preparation). Gain exposure to multiple sectors, such as Multi-residential, commercial, municipal and educational properties.
•   Team Collaboration: Collaborate with skilled team members to ensure high-quality, defensible reporting.
