Agricultural Summer Student

The Aberhart Group is looking for motivated Summer Students to join our team for the 2027 season.

Whether youre pursuing agriculture, business, trades, technology, or simply looking to build practical experience in a fast-moving environment, were looking for students who are curious, dependable, willing to learn, and ready to contribute.

Your summer may include a variety of hands-on experiences depending on operational needs, your interests, and your strengths, including:

• Supporting day-to-day agricultural and business operations across the Aberhart Group.
• Assisting with equipment, field, yard, shop, or facility activities.

Helping with general maintenance, organization, logistics, and operational projects.

• Supporting team initiatives and special projects throughout the summer.
• Learning from experienced team members and gaining exposure to modern agriculture, technology, and business practices.
• Working safely, responsibly, and collaboratively as part of the broader Aberhart Group team.

• A valid drivers license would be an asset, depending on the work assigned.
