What youll do
The Ag Division Manager will provide leadership and accountability for the overall performance of Prairie Co-ops agriculture division, including sales growth, profitability, customer experience, talent development and operational excellence.
Works closely with the Director of Ag & Energy to oversee the activities of Prairie Co-ops Ag Retail Managers to ensure effective location operations and to be responsible for sales, margin, expenses, inventory and effectiveness of staff.
Works closely with the Procurement Manager to ensure that product is in the right place and at the correct value.
Assists in the development of each Sites annual profit plan
Analyzes existing and anticipated marketing conditions and make recommendations
Assist in developing and executing a Customer Experience Management (CEM) strategy
Provides effective leadership to ensure Sites are operated under legal, safe, and ethical standards.
Develop and maintain strategic relationship with industry partners, suppliers, Prairie Co-op members, and community stakeholders.
Coach and develop Ag Retail Managers through performance management, succession planning, leadership development and operational guidance and support.

You have a Degree in Agriculture. P. Ag is preferred.
You have 10+ years of relevant experience, including 6+ years of leadership
