Adult Education Instructor

Suncrest College welcomes applications for a face-to-face Adult Education Instructor, in Yorkton, SK. This is a temporary position from August 26, 2026 to February 28, 2027 (for 680 hours/113.33 days).

The Opportunity

This position is primarily responsible for providing instruction of Adult Basic Education Level 3/Adult 10 and / or Level 4/Adult 12 as prescribed in course curricula by the Ministry of Education.

Requirements

• The minimum educational qualification for this position is a four-year Bachelor of Education Degree.
• Professional A Teaching Certificate is required.
• The minimum amount of practical, related experience required to perform the duties of this position is two years of teaching experience in an adult setting
• Preference will be given to candidate with previous instructional experience.
• Registered or eligible to register with the Saskatchewan Professional Teachers Regulatory Board.
• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check Required.
• Demonstrated experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
