Administrative/Clinic Assistant

Choice Nutrition Naturopathic Centres is seeking a full-time Hybrid Administrative/Clinic Assistant at our Saskatoon location. The hours for this position are Monday  Friday from 8:30  5:30. We are looking for an energetic individual who enjoys working with the public, loves to learn & is passionate about natural health care. This hybrid role combines front-desk reception and assistance to our Naturopathic Doctors. The wage for this position will be competitive & negotiable with related experience. On the job training will be provided.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience as a receptionist or clinician in a similar role

Positive attitude and a strong commitment to patient care

Professionalism and confidentiality

Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills

Self-motivated with good oral & written communication skills

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver's license and your own mode of transportation

BCLS or Standard CPR & First Aid certificate preferred, but not required

Knowledge of EHR, Quickbooks, medical terminology as asset

Duties and Responsibilities

Greet & direct clients

Appointment scheduling, filing, data entry

Handle phone calls, emails & other communication

Maintain accurate patient records using computer software

Process billing and payments, cash out

Cleaning - including sanitizing & cleaning protocols

Assist in the Lab/IV Suite - test sample collection & document prep/shipping, urinalysis, check/monitor patient vitals, etc.

Provide BioFlex Laser, Thermofield Hyperthermia & Bemer therapies to patients (training provided)

Assist in managing inventory of products, crash cart, IV supplies, test kits & other office supplies

Pack product orders, receive stock (lifting boxes up to 40 lbs)

Willing to assist in other areas as delegated and to follow direction from superiors
