Administrative Clerk

We are recruiting an Administrative Clerk for our client. As the Administrative Clerk, your duties will include:

• Filing, photocopying and scanning.
• Tracking, coding and distributing incoming mail.
• Data entry.
• preparing letters and reports.
• Preparing labels, files and binders as well as various other administrative duties
• Project work as required.

Job Requirements

• Office Education Certifcate
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and the internet;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Motivated and professional at all times (very important), mature, positive attitude;
• Able to work independently; open to ask questions;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
• Honest and trustworthy; strong work ethics;
• Teamplayer; open to assisting others as required.
