Can review, investigate, and analyze claims with sound judgment, accurate decision making, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and solid technical acumen.

Have strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to effectively manage and resolve highly escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Possess knowledge of property and liability coverages and policy wordings, and can apply that knowledge to make informed technical and financial decisions that support organizational objectives.

Are a quick thinker who can effectively negotiate outcomes while balancing policy, risk, customer needs, and business considerations.

Are adaptable and embrace change, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and adjust to evolving procedures and priorities.

Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team, fostering positive relationships and contributing to shared goals.

Typically, these skills are gained through a two-year diploma in a relevant field of study, like Business, and three years of experience comprised of at least two years property adjusting and one year insurance related experience.
