What youll do
Process all receivables
Reconcile daily cash
Reconcile general ledger accounts
Record and organize accounts receivable invoices in an effective manner
Support payables team with transactions such as tax posting
Run monthly receivable reports
Take on other responsibilities as asked to support the administrative team
What you bring
2-3 years of accounting experience
Experience using Microsoft Office as well as accounting softwares
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
A post-secondary certificate with an accounting designation would be considered and asset
Experience within an agriculture or equipment dealer would be considered an asset
