Aberhart Group Summer Student

The Aberhart Group is looking for motivated Summer Students to join our team for the 2027 season.

This is an opportunity to get meaningful, hands-on experience inside a modern agriculture organization while working alongside people who care deeply about agriculture, innovation, community, and doing great work together. Were looking for students who are curious, dependable, willing to learn, and ready to contribute.

What Youll Do

Your summer may include a variety of hands-on experiences including:

• Supporting day-to-day agricultural and business operations across the Aberhart Group.
• Assisting with equipment, field, yard, shop, or facility activities.
• Helping with general maintenance, organization, logistics, and operational projects.
• Supporting team initiatives and special projects throughout the summer.
• Learning from experienced team members and gaining exposure to modern agriculture, technology, and business practices.
• Working safely, responsibly, and collaboratively as part of the broader Aberhart Group team.
