The Provincial Archives of Saskatchewan is seeking an Information Management Analyst to provide records and information management (RIM) services to government ministries, Crown corporations, boards, commissions, agencies, and other public sector organizations. Candidates must have extensive knowledge of RIM principles, standards, records scheduling, governance, legislation, compliance requirements, and modern information management technologies. Knowledge of archival functions and training development is required. A master's degree in information and library science, archival science, public administration, or a related discipline, combined with RIM experience, or an equivalent combination of education and significant RIM experience, is required.
Responsibilities include developing and reviewing RIM policies, records schedules, governance tools and processes; providing advice and compliance support; coordinating records disposition activities; facilitating stakeholder groups; delivering training; and supporting the implementation of information management programs across government.
