The Ministry of Community Safety is seeking a Probation Officer/Community Youth Worker in Moose Jaw. Knowledge of criminal behaviour, cognitive behavioural interventions, and systemic barriers affecting individuals and communities is required. The position requires travel, flexible hours including occasional evenings, and a valid driver's licence.
Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, developing case management plans, delivering interventions and programming, preparing court and violation reports, maintaining client records, conducting home and community assessments, collaborating with community partners, monitoring offender progress, implementing risk management strategies, and supporting victims of crime.
