Tamil-Speaking Caregiver – Part-Time – Edmonton

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Tamil-speaking caregiver to provide supportive, respectful care to a client in Edmonton.

The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, and comfortable providing companionship and assistance with day-to-day activities while helping the client maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence.

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with daily activities and routines
• Assist with light meal preparation
• Provide reminders and general support as needed
• Assist with light household tasks related to the client
• Accompany the client to appointments or outings when required
• Monitor and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate family member or care team
• Provide care in a respectful, compassionate, and professional manner

• Fluent in Tamil is required
• Previous caregiving, home care, or healthcare experience is an asset
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently
• Reliable transportation is an asset
• First Aid/CPR certification is an asset
• Vulnerable Sector Check may be required
